Written Confirmation of Orders placed over Phone/ Fax

When following up on a phone, fax, or e-mail order with a written order, please clearly indicate “Confirmation Only – Do Not Duplicate”.
Customers will be responsible for return freight and restocking charges for duplicate orders caused by failure to appropriately mark written follow-up orders.

Prices & Description Of Goods

Prices and selection vary between this website and our retail stores. Prices listed on-line are not applicable to maxa-enterprises.com retail store Himalaya Stationery Mart and are valid for mail order and internet only.
Despite all efforts to maintain our prices, descriptions, specifications, illustrations and availability error free, inadvertent typographical errors may still occur and maxa-enterprises.com shall not be held liable for such errors. maxa-enterprises.com reserves the right to rectify this information at any time. Therefore all prices at maxa-enterprises.com are subject to change without prior notice.
Manufacturers may alter product specification; and we accept no responsibility for errors and omissions.
Color charts are shown within the limitations of the printing process and actual colors may vary.

VAT

Prices stated on Maxa Enterprises are inclusive of VAT.
However the Invoice will show prices for individual products excluding VAT + VAT amount payable = Sub total; and a total invoice amount.
Books are exempt from VAT.
Prices may change if the VAT rate changes.
All local levies such as Customs, Octroi etc will be borne by the customer.

DELIVERY

We aim to deliver all orders within 10 business days of receipt to Indian destinations, but cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery beyond our control.

All goods must be signed for on receipt of the consignment.

If within 14 working days, goods have not been delivered, please contact us immediately.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

maxa-enterprises.com does not currently utilize a real time stock check feature. Although we prefer not being out of stock on any items that you may need, it does happen occasionally as our manufacturers do sometimes experience shortages. In the event that an item in your order is out of stock, we will attempt to contact you via e-mail or phone to notify you so you can choose another item if you wish. And if you cannot be reached, we will ship your order as is, minus the out of stock items. Therefore it’s always a good idea to check your email for a notification of changes in the Order Status Details.

Customers making on-line payments will not be charged for any item until the item is in stock and ready to ship.
For Customers making off-line payments we will refund for any goods which we cannot immediately deliver and advise you of the expected in stock date by letter, so that you may re-order.
