White Nights Watercolour Pan Set of 36

White Nights watercolor paints have been produced in Russia by the St Petersburg Company since 1934. Manufactured using the finest pigment particles, gum arabic and honey, these watercolors have a soft consistency that enables the artist to easily lift the color from the large pan. Three quarters of the paints in this range are made from single pigments and the whole spectrum of colors are strong, easily mixable and lightfast.
