Jacquard Pearl Ex Varnish has been formulated to work seamlessly with Jacquard Pearl Ex Powdered Pigments and can be used as a water-based medium or top coat.
This varnish can be combined directly with Pearl Ex powders to create a metallic paint or glaze or can be used as a traditional finishing varnish. It is ideal for use on non-porous surfaces.
